We currently manufacture a wide range of production automotive items to first Tier companies eg; INA Bearings, Bosal Industries, Thyssen Krupp Automotive Calsonic etc.
The CNC turning canters on site are fitted with magazine bar feeds; this offers competitive prices due to overnight running with low overhead costs.
All second machining operations are made on the Beaver horizontal type machining centers with twin-automated pallets; this allows operator loading while machining commences on a secondary pallet.
SPC checks are maintained with Air Gauging linked to a PC. This offers the ability to monitor tool wear and reject levels.
