Excel Precision Engineering Services Ltd is a Mechanical Engineering Firm that specializes in the designing, manufacturing and commissioning of press tooling. Using our various advanced CNC machines we have the ability to machine and produce complex components within a strict deadline. Our highly trained engineers and operators are able to keep multiple machines running at once to ensure that no order is delayed or late. Our Swiss (sliding head) lathes from STAR are state of the art and can produce a vast quantity of parts faster than a conventional CNC lathe due to many factors including their compact design. With our toolroom working closely with our production team we are able to design and manufacture work holding jigs that lower our per part cycle times and increase our efficiency.
We carry a number of certifications including ISO:9001, UKAS 0005 Management certification and an IATF 16949 company certification.
