Power Pressing

Our power pressing capabilities support a wide range of metal forming and fabrication requirements. We operate mechanical power presses up to 250 tonnes and hydraulic presses up to 80 tonnes, allowing us to efficiently handle a variety of forming, stamping, and pressing operations. In addition, our CNC press brake with a 50-tonne capacity and 2-metre beam enables precise bending and forming of sheet metal components, supporting both prototype development and production manufacturing.

Our CNC machining services deliver precise and repeatable manufacturing of custom parts and components for automotive and engineering applications. Using advanced CAD/CAM programming with Autodesk Fusion and Hexagon VISI, we are able to efficiently produce complex components with high levels of accuracy and consistency. Our milling capability includes 3-axis CNC machining with working envelopes up to 1270mm (X), 504mm (Y), and 635mm (Z), allowing us to machine a wide range of component sizes. In addition, we operate three CNC lathes, including mill-turn machines capable of bar feeding up to 80mm diameter and Swiss-type lathes handling material up to 32mm diameter, enabling the efficient production of precision turned parts for both prototype and batch manufacturing.

Welding & Fabrication

Our welding capabilities support a wide range of automotive engineering and manufacturing requirements. We offer advanced MIG, MAG, TIG, and Resistance Spot Welding processes, allowing us to work with a variety of metals, thicknesses, and complex component geometries. Our team combines technical expertise with modern welding equipment to deliver strong, consistent, and high-quality joints suitable for demanding automotive applications. With Resistance Spot Welding capacity up to 340 KVA, we are able to efficiently handle high-strength materials and production volumes while maintaining strict quality and repeatability standards. Whether supporting prototype development, low-volume fabrication, or full production runs, our welding solutions ensure durability, precision, and compliance with industry expectations.

Welding & Fabrication

Our engineering team utilises advanced 3D design and CAD technologies to support the full product development process, from initial concept through to manufacture. We work with industry-leading software including Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Fusion, and Hexagon VISI for detailed 3D modelling, tooling design, and manufacturing preparation. In addition, AutoCAD is used for precise 2D drawings and technical documentation to ensure clear communication throughout the engineering and production process. To further support rapid development and validation, we utilise 3D printing to quickly produce prototypes, fixtures, and concept parts, enabling faster design iteration, improved fitment checks, and reduced development lead times. This integrated digital workflow allows us to deliver accurate, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our sheet metal cutting capabilities are powered by a high-performance 6kW fibre laser, enabling fast, precise cutting across a wide range of materials and thicknesses. Combined with an automated material handling system, we achieve efficient, repeatable processing with minimal downtime, supporting both prototype work and high-volume production while maintaining the accuracy and quality demanded

Our robotic welding capabilities provide high levels of precision, repeatability, and production efficiency for demanding automotive applications. Our ABB robotic systems include a Joint Spot and MAG weld cell equipped with an ARO Welding Technologies servo spot welding gun and a Bosch spot weld controller, capable of handling tooling and component weights of up to 150kg. This system ensures consistent weld quality while supporting flexible production requirements. In addition, we operate an ABB twin gantry-mounted MAG welding robot cell featuring a 2-metre beam ABB Type D positioner, allowing for efficient manipulation of larger assemblies and improved access for complex weld paths. Together, these robotic systems enable reliable, high-quality welding with excellent repeatability and productivity across a wide range of fabricated components.

Quality & Assembly

Our quality management systems are designed to ensure complete confidence in every component we produce. We operate to internationally recognised standards including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, supporting the rigorous quality and traceability requirements of the automotive industry. Comprehensive product inspection, checking, and verification are carried out using UKAS-calibrated measuring equipment, including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and a Hexagon Romer Absolute Arm measurement arm equipped with both a precision probe and scanning head with a 2m reach, enabling highly accurate dimensional inspection of complex parts and assemblies. These advanced systems also support reverse engineering, allowing us to capture detailed 3D data from existing components for analysis, replication, or product development.

We also support customer requirements with first-off inspection documentation to recognised automotive standards such as Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) or VDA customer-specific formats. For automotive components, we provide full material traceability through uploads to the International Material Data System (IMDS), while Compliant Data Exchange (CDX) is used for non-automotive products to ensure regulatory and environmental compliance. This structured approach allows us to maintain high quality standards, full traceability, and complete transparency throughout the manufacturing process.

In addition to manufacturing, we also provide component and sub-assembly services to support our customers’ production requirements. Our team can assemble a wide range of fabricated and machined parts, ensuring correct fitment, consistency, and quality control throughout the process. By integrating assembly within our manufacturing operations, we help reduce supply chain complexity and deliver complete, ready-to-use assemblies tailored to our customers’ specifications.

Robot Welding
